Job Description
The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, NCAA Division 1 and Southern Conference member, seeks a highly motivated professional Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach.

Responsibilities

Evaluating and recruiting student athletes
Planning and organizing team practices
Coaching players individually or in groups
Monitoring student-athlete academic progress
Scouting of opponents and team travel
Teaching and modeling good sportsmanship
Coordinating summer camps and clinics
Assisting head coach with other duties as needed

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Knowledge of the NCAA compliance rules
Ability to travel

This is a 12-month, full-time position. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes a full benefit package.

Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, progressively responsible experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Knowledge of NCAA Division 1 Volleyball and a valid driver's license is required.

Preferred: Knowledge of Division I NCAA rules and regulations; playing experience at college level; coaching experience at college level; and recruiting experience is preferred.
