Job Description:
The OnTrack at SU program is a fee-based program. The coach will complete an ADHD training course and eventually pursue certification through International Coach Federation (ICF). The coach will work directly in a coaching/counseling model with a caseload of students. Daily responsibilities include twice a week face-to-face student meetings, regular student check-ins as well as communication with parents, college personnel, and relevant offices on campus. The coach will also document meetings in the Disability Resource Portal. They will also interview and assess prospective students. The coach will report to the Academic Support/OnTrack Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

Meeting face-to-face with a caseload of assigned students (Twice a week personalized meetings), and communication with students through regular check-ins.
Communication with other stakeholders (parents, counselors, advisors, colleges, etc.) and prospective students.
Preparation for sessions and documentation of meetings and correspondence.
ADHD coaching certification and pursuit of other professional development opportunities.
Research appropriate resources, both on and off campus, to provide insight and information when needed to students and parents.
